InTrio, the winner of Grachten festival NewGrounds 2019 (The Netherlands), and the finalist of Jazz in the Park festival 2019 (Romania) is a promising upcoming international jazz piano trio based in Rotterdam. Exploring the music of different cultures, InTrio is merging the boundaries of jazz with traditional folklore music from Asia and Balkan. InTrio has a diverse repertoire of original compositions, inspired by the world around us – from nature and every day encounters to the deepest questions about the very meaning of life. Adding a flavour of nowadays folk, the contemporary jazz trio takes listeners for a sound journey around the globe and invites to explore the worlds within each one of us as well.
